Fees and Rates
We strive in all our cases to provide superior service at reasonable rates. In most matters our attorneys charge by the hour at rates that reflect their experience and expertise, but in some matters we agree to render our services in exchange for a contingency fee (a fee that is contingent upon our obtaining an actual recovery, in which case we are paid a percentage of the actual recovery collected). We sometimes perform work on an hourly/contingency basis, so that we are paid a reduced hourly fee as well as a reduced contingency fee. We charge a flat-fee for certain kinds of immigration work and sometimes in other matters as well.
