We regularly attend meetings of our clients' shareholders and boards of directors in order to offer legal counsel and act as the secretary of record who maintains the company minutes. We counsel these companies on diverse legal issues including corporate financing and secured lending, protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, executive compensation, employment law, government regulation, buy-sell agreements, implementation of employee stock option programs, commercial contracts, real property and equipment leases, business development and the fiduciary obligations of the board of directors and corporate officers.
